About Joseph Schumacker:

District Governor, Joe Schumacker is a member of the Rotary Club of Davie/Cooper City. The local Schumacker family; Joe, JaNelda, Scott, and AG have lived in Davie for over 20 years. Daughter Fajen, son-in-law Aaron, and grandsons, Cimarron and Rye live in Denver. The family business, SpareZ Bowling Center, acquired in 1999, is also located in Davie.

Joe joined Rotary in 2008, after completing a two-year term as President of the National Bowling Proprietor’s Association of America. The 4,200 member association provides vital support to bowling businesses nation-wide. Joe also held numerous other key leadership positions in the bowling industry over the course of his 40+ year career in the business.

Joe’s Rotary experience includes two-terms as Club President, District Youth Services Chair for two DGs, and a member of the District Governor Line since January, 2019.

Joe’s Governor’s Plan, “Rotary Alive” establishes the platform on which Rotary success can be built in the future. Please join me in welcoming District Governor Joe Schumacker.
